Hi, I’m Ryan.
Doctor of Physical Therapy & Owner of MindBody Physical Therapy & Pain Reprocessing
I know how exhausting it can be to live with pain.
Especially when it’s been around for months or even years. It doesn’t just affect your body; it can weigh on your mind and your emotions too. You might feel frustrated, anxious, worried, sad, or even hopeless at times. You’ve probably wondered, “Will this ever go away or do I just have to live with this [pain] forever?”
I want you to know—you don’t.
I’ve spent over 10 years studying pain neuroscience and helping people just like you. My approach is rooted in the Biopsychosocial Model (MindBody connection), which means I look at the whole picture, the whole you, not just the area of pain. Your pain is real, and so are the challenges it brings.
When we work together, I start by understanding your story—how your pain began, what it’s been like, how it’s affecting you, and what you want to get out of therapy. We explore the things that might be keeping your body and nervous system stuck in “protection mode,” and then we create a plan together tailored to you.
My goal is to help you take back control from pain, so you can get back to doing the things you love and living the life you want.
